First, you have to get there... During flight training in Houston, you learn about icing, but you don't get a lot of real experience. However, up north - it's another matter. We found some ice at night... I don't have any photos showing that, but the very next day we found a bit more.... we weren't that high & it was lower than expected.... We don't have any photos of the max icing - but this is what we saw once we got out of the clouds.
